Description

Herald and Review Library: Urbanowicz, (Pressley) Elizabeth; Article on back of photo; "Decatur WAC At Fort Brady, Mich., Pfc. Elizabeth Pressely Urbanowicz, daughter of Mrs. Lora Poteet, 928 Taylor avenue, is in the ordnance supply warehouse at fort Brady, Mich., as stock record clerk. her husband is Sergeant M. Urbanowicz, formerly of the same camp, and they had a G.I. wedding in the post chapel and a honeymoon on a three-day pass. Sergeant Urbanowicz is now on duty near the Mexican border and his bride stays up near the Canadian border, just about as widely separated as they could be. She is one WAC, says the camp, that found romance in the army as well as adventure and experience."
