Herald and Review Library: Mooney, Hugh R. first class petty officer; Article on back of photo; "Mooney Ends Course, Hugh R. Mooney, first class petty officer, 1449 North Oakland avenue, has completed the officers' training course at Camp Endicott, R. I., and recently spent a nine-day furlough home before reporting for duty at San Francisco, Calif. He was with Mueller company 17 years before going into the service. Mrs. Mooney is employed at plant three of the Mueller Co."
