Deweese, Euclid Broadwell, Michael Elson, Wm. Prather, Jacob Stickle, Joseph Spangler, Aaron Ruth, John Garver, Michael Eichinger, Miller S. Fetrow, and W.M. Davis. The Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Western RR was operated by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company. The maps were created by the Office of Valuation Engineer on June 30, 1918.
