Herald and Review Library: McEuen, Lt. Robert; Article on back of photo; "Lt. robert McEuen, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Olson, Decatur, serves with a group which flies war material to ground forces in France and returns with American wounded to be hospitalized in England. Lieutenant McEuen was one of the first to go across on D-Day and has made the run steadily since that time. His plane is one of thousands of 'flying ambulances.' His wife, Mrs. Claire McEuen, lives in Campbell, Calif."
