This is the minutes and agenda of the Board of Directors meeting on March 12, 1971. At this meeting, the Board discussed the City of Decatur issuing bonds to purchase the North St. Building to save the tax payers about $30,000. They also discussed the budget for the 1971/1972 fiscal year and putting a mail box on the corner of State and North Sts.
