Herald and Review Library: Young, Lt. Charles W.; Article on back of photo; "Lt. Charles Young; Lt. Charles W. Young, whose wife, the former Ruth Gould, lives at 2036 East Prairie avenue, is now stationed at he combat crew training school at Sioux City, Iowa, according to word from his base. Lieutenant young, a pilot of a heavy bomber, former manager of Young's Market, entered service Sept. 15, 1942, and after taking operational training with his crew will be assigned to duty overseas."
