Ruthrauff, son of Preston Ruthrauff, 744 West Division street, recently received with army air corps silver wings and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the army air forces, according to word from his base at Luke Field, Ariz. Lieutenant Ruthrauff, a fighter plane pilot, was previously stationed at air bases in California."
